Comment expliquer que les étudiants ne se soient pas massivement tournés vers les cours en ligne? Pourquoi continuent-ils d’affluer dans les universités? Celles-ci ont vaillamment résisté à l’utilisation toujours plus intensive des technologies numériques. Pour une raison simple: la mauvaise appréhension par les acteurs du numérique de la chaîne de valeur de l’université. Est-ce à dire que l’enseignement supérieur résistera indéfiniment? C’est peu probable.
