Julien Damon is an Associate Professor at Sciences Po, Scientific Advisor to the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Sécurité Sociale (En3s, National School of Social Security), a columnist at Les Echos and the president of consulting firm éclairs. Among other positions, he has been responsible for the Solidarity Mission of SNCF, Director of Studies at the French National Fund for Family Allowances (CNAF), Head of the Social Issues Department at the Center d'Analyze Stratégique, an institutional think tank working for the Prime minister.
